APPRAISAL AGREEMENT
This report is based on a 170 plus point inspection and is intended to aide
in the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. We do not guarantee a component will
not, or could not fail after time of inspection. Occasionally, worn or damaged
parts are discovered which were not evident on first inspection. The inspection
does not focus on maintenance items as pre-owned vehicles will need maintenance.
The need for maintenance, such as, brake linings, batteries, services, and
normal wear and tear items, should not be a deciding factor in purchasing a
pre-owned vehicle. United Appraisals diagnostic report is designed to
concentrate on key components for performance and safety. This evaluation is a
service to the consumer so he/she may have information needed to make a
confident decision on a pre-owned vehicle purchase. United Appraisals disclaims
all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor assumes, or authorizes
any person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said
service. You will be provided with a comprehensive, yet easy to understand
evaluation with “Ok or Needs Attention” results with details of each. United
Automotive Appraisals, LLC assumes no liability during or after inspection is
complete. All inspections performed by ASE Certified Automotive Technicians. |
